The company prepares certified translations, obtains apostilles, notarizes signatures, and arranges courier shipping of documents, following the client's instructions.
The company is not a law firm. It does not provide legal services or legal advice and does not represent clients in court or before government agencies.
Prices and payment
- Prices on this site are in U.S. dollars and include the government apostille fee where noted.
- We confirm the price of your specific order before work begins.
- No-fee payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, check, or money order.
- Paying by PayPal or by credit or debit card adds a 4% processing fee to the total.
- Translations are paid for once we agree on the price.
- Shipping is paid for before the documents are sent.
Turnaround times
Turnaround times on this site are in business days unless stated otherwise. The clock starts once we have everything the order needs, including the document and payment.
When timing depends on government agencies or carriers, we quote it based on their own processing times, and we don't promise to speed up what we don't control.
If we make a mistake
If a document is rejected because of our error, we redo it free of charge.
If our work was done correctly and the rejection has another cause, the work is paid for as usual. One example is a document that was notarized by another notary and brought to us only for the apostille.
The receiving party's requirements need to be checked before work starts. That is done by the client or, for documents going abroad, by the client's representative there. The final decision always rests with the organization where the document is submitted.
Privacy
We do not share clients' documents or data with third parties, except where needed to provide the service, such as with a notary, a government agency, or a shipping carrier.
We will sign a confidentiality agreement on request.
Requests sent through the website form are stored in a Cloudflare database so that no inquiry gets lost: your name, email address, description of the task, and the names of attached files. The files themselves are not stored on the website. They reach us by email together with your request.
The website counts visits without cookies: which pages were opened, where the visitor came from, device type, country, and city. IP addresses are not stored.
Shipping liability
We fill out the shipping paperwork, pack the shipment, and hand it to the courier service. Once it is handed over, the carrier is responsible for its safety and delivery time.
Cash and bank cards cannot be sent with documents. Carriers prohibit it.
