International Document Shipping from the USA
We ship original documents within the U.S. and from the U.S. to Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, and other countries. Every paid shipment comes with a tracking number, and international shipments go out on Fridays.
Rates by destination
- Ukraine: from $90.
- Russia and Belarus: $120.
- Other countries: from $150. We quote the exact price for your destination.
- Within the U.S.: from $20. USPS Priority Mail is a flat $20 regardless of weight, while FedEx and overnight delivery cost more.
Tracking
Every paid shipment gets a tracking number. Shipments to Ukraine and other countries travel with a single carrier, so one number covers the whole route.
Shipments to Russia and Belarus go through Kazakhstan. DHL carries them to Kazakhstan, and CDEK or Russian Post handles delivery within Russia and Belarus. You get one tracking number for the DHL leg and another for the CDEK or Russian Post leg.
CDEK hands the documents to the recipient in person unless the recipient asked for delivery to a pickup point. Russian Post doesn't deliver in person, so the recipient picks the shipment up.
Within the U.S., we can also send your documents for free as a regular stamped letter, but that letter can't be tracked.
Delivery times
- Within the U.S. with tracking: 2 full business days, not counting the day of shipping.
- Ukraine: 2-3 weeks.
- Russia and Belarus: about 2 weeks. Shipments go out on Fridays, so it's best to get your documents to us by Thursday.
- Other countries: 1-2 weeks. The exact time depends on the country and the courier.
What you can and can't ship
- Allowed: any documents, including passports and green cards.
- Not allowed: cash and bank cards. The carrier prohibits them.
Who is responsible
We act as an intermediary: we pack the shipment and hand it to the courier. From that point on, the carrier is responsible for the shipment's safety and for delivery times.
Once the shipment is with the carrier, we send you the tracking number. Timing then depends on the carrier, and we can't guarantee an exact delivery date.
