Apostille and Translation for Los Angeles Clients

Los Angeles is in California, so a document issued or notarized there gets a California apostille, and you can mail it to us instead of driving to Sacramento. We also do certified translations from a scan and ship documents abroad.

What we do for Los Angeles clients

  • California apostille from the Secretary of State: $120, state fee included.
  • Certified translation from Russian or Ukrainian: from $25, no originals needed. Other languages are quoted separately.
  • Shipping documents abroad: from $90.

No trip to Sacramento needed

If your document was issued in California or notarized by a notary in Los Angeles, mail us the original. We file it with the Secretary of State and send it back to you or straight to the recipient abroad. The price is the same as when you come to our office.

The Secretary of State's Los Angeles office
