Diploma and Transcript Apostille in California
Apostille for a diploma, academic transcript, and other education documents issued in California. $120 per document, state fee included, ready in 1-3 business days.
When you need it
An apostilled diploma is typically requested when you apply to a university abroad, have your qualifications recognized, apply for a job, or seek a professional license in another country.
How the apostille is done
A diploma isn't signed by a state official, so the apostille goes through a notary. As the diploma holder, you sign a written statement before a California notary public, the notary notarizes your signature, and the Secretary of State places the apostille on the notary's signature.
Send us a scan of your diploma and transcript, and we'll tell you which route works in your case.
Translation
The receiving institution usually asks for a translation of the diploma together with the transcript. Translations from English are quoted separately because formats vary, and the transcript is priced separately based on its length.
