Licenses and Registration

These are the credentials we can document today. We list only current ones, with the details you need to check them yourself.

Notary commission

Our notary public, Denis Cherkasskikh, is on the State of California's list of active notaries. California notary commission No. 2501705, Sacramento County, expires October 8, 2028.

You can check this yourself. The California Secretary of State publishes the list of active notaries at sos.ca.gov under Notary Public Listing. It has an entry with the notary's name, the commission number, and our office address.

Company registration

Legispro LLC is listed in California's business entity registry under entity number 202357719194, registered June 19, 2023. The record is public, so you can look it up yourself.

Why there are no other documents here

We don't post expired certificates or claim credentials we don't have. If your matter calls for a specific license or status, write to us and we'll tell you plainly whether we have it.

Frequently asked questions

Are you attorneys?
No. We translate documents, notarize signatures, obtain apostilles, and ship documents. We do not provide legal services.
Do your translations meet USCIS requirements?
Federal rules (8 CFR 103.2) call for a full English translation and the translator's certification that it is complete and accurate and that the translator is competent to translate into English. The rule doesn't require the translator to hold a license. We attach this certification to every translation. Whether a filing is accepted is always up to USCIS.
