Rates and delivery times

• Within the U.S.: from $20, 2 business days. USPS Priority Mail is a flat $20 regardless of weight. FedEx or overnight delivery costs more.
• Ukraine: from $90, 2-3 weeks.
• Russia and Belarus: $120, about 2 weeks.
• Other countries: from $150, 1-2 weeks. We quote the exact price for your destination.

Free option within the U.S.

Within the U.S., we can also send your documents as a regular stamped letter at no charge. A letter like that has no tracking number.

Tracking numbers

Every paid shipment gets a tracking number. To Ukraine and other countries, the shipment travels with one carrier and one number for the whole route.

To Russia and Belarus, the shipment goes through Kazakhstan. DHL carries it to Kazakhstan, then CDEK or Russian Post delivers it within Russia or Belarus. You get a tracking number for the DHL leg and another for the CDEK or Russian Post leg. CDEK delivers in person unless the recipient asked for a pickup point. With Russian Post, the recipient picks the shipment up.

How delivery time is counted

Within the U.S., the 2 business days are full business days, not counting the day of shipping.

Shipments abroad go out on Fridays, so it's best to bring or mail your documents to us by Thursday.

Once we hand the shipment to the carrier, timing depends on the carrier. We can't guarantee an exact delivery date.

Payment

You pay before the documents ship, at the agreed price. Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, check, and money order carry no fee. PayPal and credit or debit cards add a 4% processing fee.
