Diploma and Transcript Translation

Diploma translation is $30. The transcript with your grades is priced separately, based on its length. Ready in 1-3 business days.

Diploma and transcript

The diploma itself is $30. The transcript listing courses and hours is priced separately: it's longer, and the price depends on the number of pages. Send scans of both, and we'll give you the exact amount before work starts.

We translate course names, hours, grades, and seals. The grading scale stays as it is in the original, with no conversion to the U.S. scale.

Translation and credential evaluation are separate services

A translation shows what your diploma says. A credential evaluation is a separate service from a specialized organization that compares your education with the U.S. system. Employers and universities sometimes ask for exactly that.

We provide the translation, which you can then use for an evaluation.

If your document isn't in Russian or Ukrainian

The price on this page is for translations from Russian or Ukrainian into English. We also translate from other languages, most often Romanian (Moldovan), Belarusian, Armenian, Spanish, Turkish, and Azerbaijani, but we quote those separately: send us a scan, and we'll give you the price before we start.

Frequently asked questions

Do you do credential evaluations?
No. We translate the diploma and transcript, and you can use the translation for an evaluation. The evaluation itself is done by a specialized organization, so check its requirements for translations before you order.
Does the translation need to be notarized?
Not for USCIS or immigration court. Both require a complete, accurate translation and a certification in which the translator states that the translation is accurate and that they are competent to translate the language. Neither calls for a notary. If an organization asks for notarization on top of that, we can have the translator's signature on the certification notarized.
Do you need the original document?
No. We work from a scan or a photo as long as the text is easy to read. We need the original only if the document has to get an apostille before it's translated.
How long does it take?
A diploma translation usually takes 1-3 business days. If you're up against a deadline, tell us right away. We'll check our workload and give you a straight answer on whether we can make it.
